During the meeting, Council unanimously passed a motion to update the ordinance, so that a permit to remove a landmark tree is tried by the Planning Director instead of the Council. An ordinance to transpiration the permit clearance validity will be discussed at a City Council meeting soon.Additional tree regulations are proposed in Ordinance 2018-19.
